El Dorado Royale is located Only 25 minutes south of Cancun International Airport, 15 minutes north of Playa del Carmen, 20 minutes away from Playacar Golf Club, 5 minutes south of Puerto Morelos and 35 minutes south of Downtown Cancun
Roundtrip Airport Transportation:Roundtrip shared transportation to and from the airport is provided through Destination Weddings Travel Group and included. When arriving at the airport, a transportation representative will greet you with a Destination Weddings Travel Group sign. All flights are monitored by transportation personnel to ensure guests are picked up upon arrival. In addition to receiving transportation to and from the airport through Destination Weddings Travel Group, 24/7 concierge service is also included.
Upgraded services such as nonstop, private transportation and limousines are available at an additional cost.

There is no additional cost for the services of our travel consultant, Marcia. She will make your travel arrangements easy and provide the best travel value available so you can join us for our celebration.

3 night minimum required by resort, we ask that if you plan on staying only three nights you arrive no later than December 14 in case of travel delays. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish! Our plan is to stay December 10 - December 17.
RESERVATIONS / DEPOSITS:
Payment Plans are available through the travel agent, book earlier to have more/lower monthly payments.
For the payment plan you will receive a form with five payment dates, you can request an additional form from Marcia for more dates.
The final balance of trip due October 11, 2017.
Availability and prices are subject to change so we recommend booking early. Payments are made to Destination Weddings website via credit card and an invoice receipt will be emailed or mailed to you.
When booking your room, the prices shown are per person depending on the room selected, but you can upgrade or extend nights after you have booked, if you wish, by arranging with Marcia.
We know this is a year out and things can happen, we hope that everyone can make it, but if for some unforeseen reason you have to cancel you may be subject to cancellation fees. Please contact us or Marcia for details on cancellation policy.
If you find a cheaper price on the resort let Marcia know. She can work with the resort to see if they can match it (and thus benefit the entire group!).
